1. Information We Collect or Process

The app may collect or process the following types of information to provide its features:

• Account information: user identifier, email address, and display name provided through Google sign-in.
• Nickname information: nickname chosen inside the app, duplicate-check key, and nickname shown with fan messages or reports.
• Location information: current location when the user grants permission, distance calculations to nearby stages, and location data attached to live reports.
• User-submitted content: stage titles, team or performer names, schedules, venues, addresses, descriptions, links, team profiles, fan messages, comments, and live report text.
• Photos and images: stage posters, performance photos, live report photos, team card images, and advertiser inquiry images.
• Moderation and report information: report reason, report details, reporter nickname, reported content snapshot, content or team identifiers, optional screenshots, detected risk terms, suspicious links or image references, moderation status, appeal or restoration request records, and related timestamps.
• App activity information: likes, saved stages, recommendations, fan badges, stage registration, edit, and deletion activity.
• Advertising-related information: advertising identifiers or related signals used by Google AdMob to provide ads and measure ad performance.
• Device and diagnostics information: device or installation identifiers, basic device, log, crash, or diagnostic information needed to maintain security, stability, moderation, abuse prevention, and app performance.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information described above for the following purposes:

• To provide core app features such as stage discovery, stage registration, live reports, team cards, fan badges, and short fan messages.
• To display distance estimates between the user and nearby stages or reported locations.
• To verify that a performer or organizer can edit or delete only the stages and team information they registered.
• To prevent abuse, repeated spam reports, inappropriate content, and unauthorized changes.
• To receive and review content reports, hide content locally when requested by the user, queue suspicious content, restrict repeated abuse, and process restoration or appeal requests.
• To translate or localize user-submitted text so that users in different languages can understand stage and team information.
• To improve app reliability, fix errors, maintain security, and understand basic app performance.
• To display advertising and measure ad performance.

3. Location Information

Location information is used only when the user grants permission. The app uses location information to estimate distance to nearby stages, show nearby live reports, and attach a location to a live report submitted by the user. Users may disable location permission at any time in their device settings. When a stage has a specific address, the app may open that address through an external map service such as Google Maps.

4. Photos, Public Posts, and User Content

Photos, stage information, team profiles, reports, links, comments, and fan messages submitted by users may become visible to other users as public content. Users should not upload personal information that they do not want to make public, images that infringe another person’s rights, copyrighted material they are not allowed to use, or unlawful or inappropriate content.

5. Content Reports, Local Hiding, and Moderation Records

When a user reports content, the app may collect the selected report reason, written details, reporter nickname, optional screenshot, the reported content snapshot, related stage or team identifiers, device or installation identifiers, detected risk terms, link evidence, image evidence, automatic safety signals, and moderation status. This information is used to investigate the report, protect users, prevent repeated abuse, apply app policy, process restoration requests, and keep an audit trail of moderation decisions.

If a user chooses to hide an author or team from their own screen, the hidden author list is primarily stored on that user's device. When the hiding action is submitted together with a report, the related author or team identifier may also be included in the report so that moderators can understand the user's requested action and review repeated abuse patterns.

6. AI Translation and Localization

The app may use AI translation or localization services to display user-submitted stage descriptions, reports, team information, and similar text in another language. Only the text needed for translation or localization is processed for this purpose. Users should not enter sensitive identification information, payment information, or confidential personal information into public stage descriptions, team profiles, reports, or comments.

7. Third-Party Services

The app may use the following third-party services:

• Firebase Authentication: Google sign-in and user identification.
• Firebase Firestore: storing stage information, reports, team cards, fan badges, comments, and related app data.
• Firebase Storage: storing uploaded images such as posters, report photos, team images, and advertiser inquiry files.
• Google AdMob: displaying ads and measuring ad performance.
• Google Maps: opening stage addresses or reported locations in an external map app or web map.
• OpenAI API or similar AI services: translating and localizing user-submitted text when this feature is used.

8. Sharing of Information

We do not sell personal information. Information may be processed by service providers only as needed to operate the app, including Firebase, Google AdMob, Google Maps, and AI localization providers. We may disclose information if required by law, to comply with valid legal requests, to protect users and the public, or to prevent abuse, fraud, or security incidents.

9. Retention and Deletion

Stage listings and live reports may expire or be removed according to the stage schedule or app operation policy. Team cards, fan badges, fan messages, and related records may be kept while they are needed to provide the service, unless the user requests deletion or the data is no longer necessary.

Users may delete account-related app data inside the app through Settings after Google sign-in. Users may also request partial deletion of specific uploaded images, stage information, team profiles, reports, comments, or fan messages by contacting g5ngsound@gmail.com. We will review and process deletion requests within a reasonable period, unless retention is required by law or necessary for security, dispute resolution, moderation audit, payment records, or abuse prevention.

10. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures such as HTTPS communication, Firebase security rules, and authentication-based access controls to help protect user data. However, no internet-based service can guarantee complete security, and users should avoid posting sensitive personal information in public areas of the app.

11. Children

The app is not designed as a service primarily directed to children. Minors should use the app with guidance from a parent or legal guardian. If you believe that a child’s personal information has been submitted inappropriately, please contact us so that we can review and delete it where appropriate.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when app features, laws, service providers, or Google Play policies change. If we make important changes, we will provide notice through the app or this webpage.

1. 수집하거나 처리하는 정보

3. 위치 정보 사용

위치 정보는 사용자가 명시적으로 동의한 경우에만 사용됩니다. 위치 정보는 주변 공연과의 거리 추정, 가까운 실시간 제보 표시, 사용자가 직접 올리는 제보 위치 등록에 사용됩니다. 사용자는 기기 설정에서 언제든지 위치 권한을 해제할 수 있습니다. 정확한 주소가 입력된 공연은 Google Maps와 같은 외부 지도 앱 또는 웹 지도로 열 수 있습니다.

4. 사진, 공개 게시물, 사용자 콘텐츠

사용자가 올린 사진, 공연 정보, 팀 프로필, 제보, 링크, 감상평, 응원 메시지는 다른 사용자에게 공개 콘텐츠로 표시될 수 있습니다. 공개를 원하지 않는 개인정보, 타인의 권리를 침해하는 이미지, 사용 권한이 없는 저작물, 불법적이거나 부적절한 내용은 등록하지 않아야 합니다.

5. 콘텐츠 신고, 로컬 숨김, 조정 기록

사용자가 콘텐츠를 신고하면 앱은 선택한 신고 사유, 작성한 상세 설명, 신고자 닉네임, 선택적으로 제출한 스크린샷, 신고 대상 콘텐츠 스냅샷, 연결된 공연 또는 팀 식별자, 기기 또는 설치 식별자, 감지된 위험 단어, 링크 증거, 이미지 증거, 자동 안전 점검 신호, 조정 상태를 수집하거나 저장할 수 있습니다. 이러한 정보는 신고 조사, 사용자 보호, 반복 악용 방지, 앱 정책 집행, 복구 요청 처리, 조정 결정의 기록 보관을 위해 사용됩니다.

사용자가 특정 작성자 또는 팀을 자신의 화면에서 숨기도록 선택한 경우, 숨김 목록은 기본적으로 해당 사용자의 기기에 저장됩니다. 다만 신고와 함께 작성자 숨김이 제출된 경우, 관련 작성자 또는 팀 식별자가 신고 기록에 포함되어 관리자가 사용자의 요청과 반복 악용 패턴을 검토하는 데 사용될 수 있습니다.

6. AI 번역 및 로컬라이징

앱은 공연 소개, 제보 내용, 팀 정보 등 사용자가 입력한 문구를 다른 언어로 자연스럽게 표시하기 위해 AI 번역 또는 로컬라이징 서비스를 사용할 수 있습니다. 번역 또는 로컬라이징에 필요한 텍스트만 처리되며, 사용자는 공개 공연 소개, 팀 프로필, 제보, 감상평에 민감한 신분 정보, 결제 정보, 비공개 개인정보를 입력하지 않아야 합니다.

7. 제3자 서비스

• Firebase Authentication: Google 로그인 및 사용자 식별
• Firebase Firestore: 공연, 제보, 팀 카드, 팬 배지, 감상평 등 앱 데이터 저장

8. 정보 공유

공연 목록과 실시간 제보는 공연 일정 또는 앱 운영 정책에 따라 만료되거나 삭제될 수 있습니다. 팀 카드, 팬 배지, 응원 메시지 등 일부 정보는 서비스 제공에 필요한 동안 보관될 수 있으며, 사용자의 삭제 요청 또는 운영상 필요가 사라진 경우 삭제될 수 있습니다.

사용자는 Google 로그인 후 앱 설정에서 계정 관련 앱 데이터를 삭제할 수 있습니다. 또한 특정 업로드 이미지, 공연 정보, 팀 프로필, 제보, 감상평, 응원 메시지 등 일부 데이터 삭제를 g5ngsound@gmail.com으로 요청할 수 있습니다. 법령상 보관이 필요하거나 보안, 분쟁 해결, 조정 기록, 결제 기록, 악용 방지를 위해 필요한 경우를 제외하고 합리적인 기간 안에 처리합니다.

10. 보안

앱은 HTTPS 통신, Firebase 보안 규칙, 인증 기반 접근 제어 등 합리적인 기술적·관리적 조치를 통해 사용자 데이터를 보호합니다. 다만 인터넷 기반 서비스의 특성상 모든 위험을 완전히 제거할 수는 없으므로, 사용자는 앱의 공개 영역에 민감한 개인정보를 올리지 않아야 합니다.

11. 아동
