1. 처리하는 정보
삼촌 방송국은 사용자가 선택한 기능을 제공하기 위해 다음 정보를 처리할 수 있습니다.
- Google 계정 정보: Google Drive 연결 시 제공되는 이메일 주소, 표시 이름 및 계정 식별 정보.
- 인증 정보: Google OAuth 액세스·갱신 토큰과 연결 상태. 앱은 Google 비밀번호를 수집하지 않습니다.
- 미디어와 파일 정보: 사용자가 촬영하거나 선택한 영상·음악, 파일명, 형식, 크기, 생성 시각, 재생 시간, 방향, 체크섬 및 업로드·재생 상태.
- Drive 정보: 앱이 생성하거나 사용자가 선택한 Google Drive 폴더와 파일, 저장용량 및 동기화 상태.
- TV 연결 정보: QR/승인 코드, 기기 표시 이름, 편성 폴더 및 연결 상태 등 휴대전화와 TV를 연결하는 데 필요한 정보.
- 기기·네트워크 정보: Wi-Fi/모바일 데이터 연결 여부, 앱 설정, 오류 및 작업 상태처럼 업로드·동기화·재생에 필요한 제한된 기술 정보.
2. 이용 목적
- Google Drive 연결, 앱 전용 폴더 생성, 영상 업로드·조회·재생·삭제 및 저장용량 표시
- 촬영, 타임루프, 빠른 편집, 배경음악 합성 및 사용자가 지정한 폴더로 결과물 전송
- 휴대전화와 TV 연결, TV 편성 전달 및 연결된 Drive 영상 재생
- 업로드 무결성 확인, 실패 작업 재시도, 캐시 관리, 장애 진단 및 보안 유지
3. 카메라, 미디어 및 온디바이스 분석
카메라와 미디어 권한은 사용자가 요청한 촬영, 편집, 음악 선택 및 재생에만 사용됩니다. 장면·초점·얼굴 또는 이미지 특징 분석 기능은 편집할 장면을 추천하기 위해 기기에서 처리됩니다. 얼굴 분석은 사람의 신원을 확인하거나 생체 식별 정보를 만드는 데 사용되지 않습니다. 사용자가 전송을 요청하기 전에는 분석 결과나 원본 미디어가 개발자 서버로 자동 전송되지 않습니다.
4. 외부 전송 및 제3자 처리
개발자는 개인정보를 판매하지 않으며 앱에 광고를 표시하지 않습니다. 기능 제공에 필요한 경우 다음 서비스가 정보를 처리할 수 있습니다.
- Google Identity 및 Google Drive API: 계정 승인, 앱 폴더와 파일의 저장·조회·재생·삭제. Drive에 저장된 파일에는 사용자의 Google 계정과 Google의 약관 및 개인정보처리방침이 적용됩니다.
- 기기 연결 서비스: TV 연결과 편성 전달을 위해 계정 식별 정보, 제한된 세션 정보 및 연결 상태가 암호화된 통신으로 일시 처리될 수 있습니다.
- Android 시스템 구성요소: 카메라, 미디어 선택기, 재생기, 백그라운드 작업 및 기기 내 ML 처리.
법적 의무 이행, 유효한 법적 요청, 사용자 보호 또는 보안 사고 방지를 위해 필요한 경우에만 관련 정보를 공개할 수 있습니다.
5. 보관 및 삭제
- Google Drive 영상은 사용자가 앱 또는 Drive에서 삭제할 때까지 사용자의 Drive에 남습니다.
- 편집함의 원본, 작업 대기열, 설정 및 미디어 메타데이터는 앱 기능 제공에 필요한 동안 기기 내부에 보관되며 사용자가 삭제하거나 앱 데이터를 지울 수 있습니다.
- 재생을 위해 내려받은 임시 캐시는 재생 또는 앱 정책에 따라 자동 정리됩니다.
- 사용자는 앱 설정에서 Drive 연결을 해제하거나 Google 계정 보안 설정에서 권한을 철회할 수 있습니다.
- 연결 서비스에 남은 계정·페어링 기록의 삭제 요청은 g5ngsound@gmail.com으로 보낼 수 있으며, 법률·보안상 보존 의무가 없는 한 합리적인 기간 안에 처리합니다.
6. 보안
전송 구간 암호화(HTTPS), Google OAuth, Android 앱 전용 저장공간 및 필요한 범위의 권한을 사용하여 정보를 보호합니다. 다만 어떠한 저장 또는 전송 방식도 절대적인 보안을 보장할 수는 없습니다.
7. 아동
삼촌 방송국은 일반 사용자를 위한 개인 미디어 도구이며 아동을 대상으로 설계되지 않았습니다. 개발자가 아동의 개인정보를 의도치 않게 수집한 사실을 확인하면 삭제를 위해 합리적인 조치를 취합니다.
8. 방침 변경 및 문의

1. Information We Process
Uncle Station may process the following information when needed to provide features selected by the user:
- Google account information: email address, display name, and account identifiers provided when Google Drive is connected.
- Authorization information: Google OAuth access and refresh tokens and connection status. The apps do not collect Google passwords.
- Media and file information: videos and music recorded or selected by the user, plus filename, format, size, creation time, duration, orientation, checksum, and upload or playback status.
- Drive information: Google Drive folders and files created by the apps or selected by the user, storage quota, and synchronization status.
- TV pairing information: QR or authorization codes, device display name, assigned folders, and connection status needed to pair a phone and TV.
- Device and network information: Wi-Fi or mobile-data availability, app settings, errors, and job status needed for upload, synchronization, and playback.
2. How We Use Information
- Connect Google Drive; create app folders; upload, browse, play, and delete videos; and show storage quota.
- Provide recording, time-loop recording, quick editing, music mixing, and transfer of completed videos to a folder selected by the user.
- Pair the mobile and TV apps, deliver TV folder assignments, and play connected Drive videos on TV.
- Verify uploads, retry failed jobs, manage temporary cache, diagnose errors, and maintain security.
3. Camera, Media, and On-Device Analysis
Camera and media permissions are used only for recording, editing, music selection, and playback requested by the user. Scene, focus, face, or image-feature analysis is performed on the device to recommend editing highlights. Face analysis is not used to identify a person or create biometric identity data. Analysis results and original media are not automatically sent to the developer's server before the user requests a transfer.
4. External Processing and Service Providers
We do not sell personal information and the apps do not display advertising. The following services may process information when required to provide a feature:
- Google Identity and Google Drive APIs: account authorization and storage, retrieval, playback, and deletion of app folders and files. Files stored in Drive are governed by the user's Google account and Google's terms and privacy policy.
- Device-pairing service: account identifiers, limited session information, and connection status may be processed temporarily over encrypted connections to pair a TV and deliver folder assignments.
- Android system components: camera, system media picker, media playback, background jobs, and on-device machine learning.
We may disclose relevant information only when required by law, a valid legal request, protection of users, or prevention of fraud and security incidents.
5. Retention and Deletion
- Videos uploaded to Google Drive remain in the user's Drive until the user deletes them in Uncle Station or Google Drive.
- Editing-bin source files, pending jobs, settings, and media metadata remain on the device while needed for the selected features and may be removed by the user or by clearing app data.
- Temporary playback cache is automatically removed according to playback and app cache policies.
- Users may disconnect Drive in app settings or revoke authorization in their Google Account security settings.
- Requests to delete account or pairing records retained by the connection service may be sent to g5ngsound@gmail.com. We process requests within a reasonable period unless retention is required for legal or security purposes.
6. Security
We use transport encryption (HTTPS), Google OAuth, Android app-private storage, and scoped permissions to protect information. No storage or transmission method can guarantee absolute security.
7. Children
Uncle Station is a general-audience personal media tool and is not designed for children. If we learn that a child's personal information was collected unintentionally, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
8. Changes and Contact
